Principal Broker
Shani Green, a second-generation Broker, is the broker and owner of Green Realty & Associates LLC Real Estate Brokerage. Her hard work and caring nature have helped Shani’s reputation as a qualified realtor quickly rise. She is perfect at matching each client’s desires and specializes in all facets of the Real Estate business, whether it be navigating the way for first timers, trying to score that perfect distressed property, or providing help in the luxury market, she knows and has experienced it all.
Shani proudly serves on the Arkansas Association Realtist Executive Board and is committed to democracy in housing. She is a strong proponent of building wealth through homeownership. Through education and advocacy she plans to help close the wealth gap by helping the community understand that Homeownership is the first step on the road to building generational wealth. She hopes to leave an impact on the community by helping her clients turn their dreams into reality.
Originally from San Diego, CA, Shani has been an area resident since 2000 and loves living in the capital city. She enjoys spending time with her family and traveling.
