I can't even put into words how amazing Shani is! She is extremely knowledgeable about every aspect of buying a house. She knows and has, a wonderful relationship with several banks, lenders, insurance agencies, etc. She is extremely kind and very patient. I had a small budget to work with and trying to find a good solid house in a decent neighborhood is not always easy. She showed me many houses and never lost her patience with me. She knows her stuff and is such a pleasure to work with. She is the only one I will use again.
